The "Buda Residences" is a complex of apartments which is unique in Budapest

Each building has three levels. Each floor is an apartment with its 135
m2 and contains: a living room, dining room, kitchen, three rooms with
separate entrances, two bathrooms and a store.
There is also possibility to park car in the garage without any
problems.
On the ground floor you can have an own part of the garden. Beginning with
the first level, balconies provide place to "get out a bit" to the fresh air.
The second floor is special because it has roof balcony where you can stay
at the sun, have a grill or your kids may splash with the water.
