“Buda Residences” is an apartment complex of unique location and high standards. These buildings were designed with great attention and care. These houses fitting perfectly in the environment have an elegant civic atmosphere.

Each building consists of three floors. An apartment of 135 m2 takes up an entire floor. In the apartments there are a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three rooms with separate entrances, two bathrooms and a storage room. The garage provides space for parking cars.

On the ground floor you can have an own part of the garden. Starting on the first floor, balconies provide you a place to “get out a bit” to the fresh air. The second floor is made special by its roof balconies where you can stay in the sun, have a barbecue or your kids can splash about in the water.

You can enjoy the great panorama of the Buda mountain ranges from most of the apartments.

Load-bearing walls:

In the cellars: 30 cm thick stone walls.
Downstairs and upstairs: Porotherm 30 brickwall.
In the loft area: vertical and slanting reinforced concrete walls.

Floors:

The floors dividing the different levels of the building and covering the loft area are made of monolith reinforced concrete.

Roof:

Tiled steel construction with copper tin covers and with larch panelling.

Frontal windows and doors:

The custom-designed Belgian windows are higher than the average, while the balcony doors are 2.60 m high, both with heat insulated glazing. In addition, the downstairs and terrace doors and windows are made of shatter-proof glass and with custom-built sound insulation.

Facade:

Custom-built Dryvit frontal heat insulation system with limestone baseboard.
Banisters: Custom-designed iron banisters by an industrial designer.

Inner doors:

Italian Gardese entrance doors with metal case and frame and with six-point safe lock and automatic threshold.
Dividing wall doors with wooden panelling and with rubber gasket.
Garage doors: Heat insulated doors made of steel-plate, with double-channel remote control.

Covering:

Garage-storage units: gres non-skid and abrasion resistant flooring.
Stairs: Custom-manufactured rubblestone
Cold flooring: 1st class Spanish and Italian flooring.
Warm flooring: parquet (made in Sweden)

Walls of rooms:

Painted with coloured distemper, with plaster decoration on the ceilings in some cases.

Building engineering:

Water and gas pipes, sewers are connected up separately to each house. There is also a separated leaking system for each house in order to drain subsoil water.
Wall gas-boilers with hot water container are installed in each flat.
Fireplaces with closed combustion chamber can be installed in the living room upon request. Every flat is provided with separate gas and water meter. Water pipes and electricity wires are also available on the roof terraces.
Underfloor heating in rooms with cold flooring, steel-plate radiators, tovel-dryer radiators in the bathrooms. Bathroom equipment is made by VILLEROY & BOCH, Hüppe, Düker and Jado.
Television, phone network, telephone alarm system, video entryphone. Copper electrical wiring.

Park:

Landscaping based on landscape-architecture plans.
Custom-made wrought-iron fences (between the columns) along the street front of the park.
The buildings facing Városkút can be reached through the park by an inside road connected to Városkúti út.
